create a Rectangle
Basic NX4 Modeling, Drafting, and AssembliesLets you can create a rectangle by selecting the two diagonal corners. When using a cursor to determine the angle, a rubberbanding effects occur. This allows you to see the rectangular before actually created. Rectangles created in the XC-YC, YC-ZC, ZC or XC-plane.
Rectangle options available either from the dialog and the Create Curve dialog Sketch tools.
Procedure
To create a rectangle:
1st. Show first corner; use or enter the coordinates of Point Builders.
2. Shows the second angle; either drag the cursor to the desired location and click the mouse button or enter the coordinates.
You can make the sides of rectangular horizontal or vertical connection with the sketch grid. For the rectangle side that is on a different orientation, create a Parallelogram.
